Business Modeling:  A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value in economic, social, cultural or other contexts. The process of business model construction (business modeling) is part of business strategy.  We focus of various means of determining sources of revenue, costs and value propositions.

Organizational Behavior: A philosophy and approach to enhancing the performance of organizations by developing the capacity to entertain new mindsets and habits that naturally lead to more effective decisions, actions and cultures.  Organizational Behavior focuses on Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Coaching, Authentic Communications, Managing Transitions, Collaborative Practices, Organizational Identity, Trust, Workspace Design, Organizational Structure, Character Strengths and Motivation to create High Performance Organizations.

Strategy: Strategic thinking, positioning and blueprint designing require systematically envisioning a desired future and translating this vision into clearly defined goals or objectives and sequencing steps to achieve them.

Operational Performance Management:  Operational Performance Management includes the alignment and cascading of strategic goals and priorities into the operations of the organization to foster performance and accountability.  Balanced Scorecards, Operational Dashboards and Strategy Maps all ensure that strategy will be successful.
