non-profit governance

Organizational Behavior is both a philosophy and set of concrete approaches which achieve exceptional and sustainable organizational performance.

E4 works with clients to develop High Performance Mindsets and Emotional Intelligence that lead to more effective decisions, questions, designs, relationships and actions.  By reframing unproductive thinking, individuals, teams and organizations can lead, change, innovate, collaborate and achieve unprecedented success.

E4 also works with clients to embed individual and organizational Behaviors, Habits and Communications which develop Organizational Cultures of high engagement, performance, openness, trust and empowerment.  Organizational Conflict Resolution is another service that E4 offers to firms who are struggling to attain a culture of healthy collaboration.

Gallup found that 63% of US employees are not engaged in their work which costs businesses in the US approximately $550 billion per year. Organizations with both engaged employees and customers experience a 240% boost in performance-related business outcomes. The Palladium Group found that organizations that trust in their team approach are 3.9 times more likely to outperform their competitors. Investing in and developing ‘psychological capital’ in organizations was proven to yield over 200% return on investment in a 2008 study.  Emotional Intelligence is responsible for between 58-80% of success in one’s career.  Ninety percent of high performers have high Emotional Intelligence and earn on average $29,000 more than their counterparts with lower EI.  The hopeful news is that engagement, culture, self-awareness and Emotional Intelligence are all able to be enhanced.
